If your doctor has ordered regular blood removal for hemochromatosis, polycythemia vera, or another iron or red-cell condition, we do the draw where you live. One unit per visit, on your provider's order, and we keep the standing order on file so the series just gets scheduled.

We follow your provider's order for volume and frequency. We do not decide either one ourselves, and we never draw without a current order.

Send us the order
Text or email a photo of the order, or have your provider's office fax it. Standing orders are welcome: tell us the frequency and we'll book the whole series.

We arrive with everything
Collection bag, scale, and supplies. You sit or recline in your own chair. We check your blood pressure and pulse first, and the draw itself takes 10 to 20 minutes.

Aftercare and disposal
We stay until you're steady, go over fluids and rest for the day, and take the unit with us for disposal as medical waste. Nothing is left in your home.

Pricing
What it costs.
$250 per unit draw, including the visit, supplies, and disposal. A standing-order series is the same rate per visit, and a superbill is provided after each one. We do not bill insurance or Medicare directly.

Do I need a new order every time?
No. A standing order from your provider covers the series. We keep it on file and book each visit against it until it expires or your provider changes it.
How much blood is removed?
Your provider's order sets the volume. A typical therapeutic draw removes one unit, about 450 to 500 mL, and we weigh the bag to hit the ordered amount.
Is it safe to do at home?
Yes, when your provider has ordered it and you're well that day. We check your blood pressure and pulse before we start, stay for the rest period after, and stop the draw if you feel lightheaded.
Can you draw my labs at the same visit?
Yes. If your provider also orders labs (ferritin, hematocrit, and so on), we draw them at the same visit and deliver them to your lab.
