Terms & cancellation policy.

Booking and payment

You book your visit on our scheduling page and pay by card when you book. Prices for every service are listed on our pricing page before you book, and the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, or if we arrive and the draw can't go ahead, a $50 visit fee applies and the rest is refunded. If we have to cancel, you are never charged, and we rebook you first.

What we do and don't do

We draw what a licensed provider has ordered. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret lab results, or give medical advice, and any questions about your results or your care belong with your provider. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 rather than contacting us.

Your responsibilities

• Give us an accurate lab order and a correct service address.
• Provide a safe, reasonably clean, well-lit place for the draw.
• Tell us before the visit about any history of fainting, bleeding disorders, or blood-thinning medication.

Superbills and insurance

We do not bill insurance or Medicare. We provide a superbill after your visit so you can seek reimbursement, but whether and how much your insurer reimburses is between you and your insurer.

Liability

We are licensed and fully insured. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.
